2024-11-02 17:49:48 +0000 UTCI just recounted and the Yujiro/Baki segment lasts ~67 manga chapters. For reference from 1st form Frieza finding the z-fighters to Frieza's death on Namek, the "longest anime fight ever" lasts just under 40 chapters. There's the weird mini-arc, but pacing wise after every episode basically has an entire volume to play with. I'm sorry you have to wait, but a week from now should be a peak worth waiting for!

So far the groups of people Itagaki can't write include; Women, children, Americans (specifically white & black), main characters, side characters, civilians... anyone else?
