So fun fact Chawanmushi the dish that Kyosuke cooked. Is a type of Japanese egg custard flavoured with soy sauce, dashi (a type of stock used to make miso soup), mirin (a low alcohol rice wine similar to sake), mixed with shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko (a cured Japanese fish paste), lily root, ginkgo nuts and boiled shrimp. Served in a tea-cup-like container. It's one of the few Japanese dishes that has to be eaten with a spoon instead of chopsticks.
