I present to you, very early renditions of the Cashmere home! I know the updates have been a bit sparse the last week or two, but I'll be hitting you with a couple more in the coming week or so!
I was wanting to have a more complete version when I posted this, but like all things, there were some setbacks and revisions that were much needed. The rough blueprints as shown are the major revisions that will need to be incorporated into the house. You'll notice the front is nearly identical to the design in Volume 1 (near the end), but I quickly realized how inaccurate it was going to be with all new floorplan!
A lot of the 3d turnaround you see is going to get scrapped due to massive changes in the floorplan. There wasn't much of an upstairs based on my original model, so um... just like the home makeover shows.... "we're going to smash this wall out". Hehehe. This model will be incredibly useful throughout the comic as a whole, also to mention the upcoming 7-8 pages. I was told furnishing the place in 3d would cost extra... so that's something I've been thinking about.
Sorry for the chicken scratches in the blueprint. We were brainstorming in realtime as I hashed it out quickly in front of the designer while video sharing. The 3d designer is yet again the same friend that did my science lab and classroom (Zachary Nall). He takes commissions, so give him a shout!

As for updates on the comic, 37 pages are FINISHED. I technically just have 8 pages to go before launch, but I won't lie. It's been stressful since my deadlines have been getting stretched and pages are taking so much longer. It's looking like it will be the back half of summer for sure, unless I feel early fall is a better launch window. A 45 page buffer might not be enough, so I have a lot to think about.
As far as another major pre-announcement, I will be starting a serious publisher search officially with the recent work I've just finished! There will be more regarding this decision in an upcoming update. Stay tuned!
Thanks again for all your patience and support! :D
