As another update, I've finally reached a scene in the comic that I've been thinking about for years! I hope I can land the scene the way I've thought of it! Yes, I've finally gone 3D (for some things). These scenes were beautifully created and rendered by the talented Zachary Nall, a good friend of mine. He was also the lead 3D modeler on the new Lackadaisy film that has yet to be released! I had mentioned wanting some classrooms in conversation with these upcoming scenes, as simply moving a camera around makes drawing scenes SO much easier. I honestly don't consider this cheating considering it's a widely used tactic in the industry. My only pitfall is I'm an absolute n00b when it comes to 3D modeling. I know enough to move the camera around, adjust focal lengths, and turn on rendering engines, but then again, it's all I need!

Zack and I went over some details allowing these rooms to be modeled to a fairly accurate spec of what I had in mind. I was looking for some modern elements, but with some retro architecture. I even had the doors, desks, and windows put in the places I thought of in my head.

Now as beautiful as these are.... they're still getting turned into drawings, so I apologize if my color and lighting isn't all uh.... 4k HDR lol. These are for ACCURACY, but also allows me to play with cinematography a bit and be camera director. I've done his before with pictures and some free 3d models... but now I have my own custom ones designed specifically for the comic!

I also want to add that I have a project update video releasing soon. You'll be the first to know about it. Anyway, here comes a whole lot of work! I've been running a bit behind schedule due to some life events, but I'm really trying to hit my personal deadlines! Thanks again for all your support! It means so much!
