Hybolt City Revisioned WIP

It's been ages since I ever tried to draft up a better realization of Hybolt City. I mean... drawing a city is kind of hard lol. I wanted to really seep into the city and capture the larger essence and scale of it.
This is a rough sketch with very rough values and a dash of color for effect. This has a long way to go, but thought I'd show the initial start I did the other evening. This one is going to be a doozy. :P
