House Evolution
Added 2019-10-16 03:37:46 +0000 UTCFor any artist starting on a comic or graphic novel, art evolution is inevitable unless you're the paranoid type that keeps redoing the pages infinitely. (I would advise against that)
While I believe my skills have improved, I've gained a clearer picture of what I want too. I had inspirations and references a few years ago, but kept the design and architecture simple and quaint. Through the years, I've realized that I wanted more realistic aesthetic and pronounced architecture, essentially closer to real life as a whole.
Also, considering the original size of the house, it looked a little cramped for a family of four lol. Interior shots were so much bigger than the exterior, breaking a bit of the illusion. I'll admit I haven't gone as far as putting in perfectly accurate floor plans, but this is a start. Relative continuity will do for now. Otherwise I'll drive myself insane. XD
Side note: I'd totally take that house. :P
