CEB 4d Humans, free version?

At least with the main tools, the important ones, to make possible that everyone can use the great piece of code made by the people from https://github.com/shubham-goel/4D-Humans ?
The only thing I would ask is that people share the pkl files created (they are basically the creation of the animation from the video)
Do you think that it is valid?
My idea is to make a library of animations that anyone could use.
In this way, even people without powerfull graphics card will also be able to make some cool animation
