And as I mention every time I give in and watch a movie (which is upcoming again) they DO NOT set a precedent! We also watched a LOT of Viz media shows before they came along and obliterated several of our shows, so what has worked in the past means nothing for the future... I've explained many times that movies present a different type of Fair Use issue, and that's what makes me uneasy about them. Posts like this "You watched one before, so you can watch this one now" are an added reason I hesitate. With that logic, I'll be posting a LOT of content I'm very wary about.

Another more importantly note, I should had mentioned much sooner but been caught up IRL. BUT what are we doing with the Finale? So if I recall the anime series goes up to 367. Afterwards there are 2 OVAS and the Finale Movie. The Semi Final OVAs are essentially episodes 368 and 369. So those should definitely be watch as normal episodes. Afterwards it’s the Final movie. Obviously the movie is not going to be watched in one recording. BUT is it possible to break it up into parts and watch it that way? We did the same thing during Ippo and that worked out fine with no issues. We went through this entire Gintama journey together, it’s the 2nd longest series we watched. I think all of us would want to find a way where it can viewed together whether broken into parts or using a timer to sync the movie. So honestly it wouldn’t feel right to end it off incomplete. We started the show together and we should end it together.
