Clarke wiped out entire M.W. for crimes of their few, Titus agrees, no risks right?..Lexa doesn't, she didn't wipe out Sky people cause of Finn, she ended decades long M.W. war without killing, she didn't punish entire Azgeda cause of Queen Nia, she'll not punish Skikru cause of "Pikekru", but Clarke taking entire ep to let Emerson live(obvious political message)is to show how people will say much easier than do..13th station destroyed for other12 to join mirrors this with 13th clan, as Jaha said "not inspirational" i.e. obviously WRONG way to create "peace"
