Shame it never mentioned it in the anime but: Nazarick did the most amazing military flex with that meeting with the Kingdom. Those flaming horses are so powerful, that they could bring a nation to its knees. And they're casually being used as work horses.

She just puts on the face of a virtuous and kind maiden because Climb (who's she's madly in love with, like she killed one of her handmaids for badmouthing him) likes it. As it turns out her and Albedo are kindred spirits in that they are madly in love with Climb and Ainz respectively. That little conversation towards the end there, was basically the start of girl talk about the guys they like.

She wasn't jealous, she was terrified Albedo would be pissed off and take it out on her. She was right that Albedo would be angry. Philip, the idiot noble hitting on Albedo is voiced by the same voice actor as Kirito from Sword Art Online, Betelgeuse from Re:Zero and Inosuke from Demon Slayer. He has a pretty broad range in his acting, always goes all out in his roles.
