I have no idea how or why this happens considering the fact that the voice actors actually DO pronounce them correctly, despite being Japanese. For example, Aladdins 'Harhar Infigar' is spelled and pronounced correctly, but Sinbads 'Bararaq Saiqa' is spelled Balalak Saiqa.

2023-03-25 15:36:41 +0000 UTCRegarding Judar and what Aladdin did to him, i wouldn't even call it him getting his ass whopped this time, hell i think Judar still has the one up on Aladdin in terms of power, but knowledge can be as big of a trump card as raw power can. The one thing i can criticize the anime on compared to the manga, it does flash through some pretty important bits as well as, and you'll hear me talk about this more as we go down the line, dumping concepts on you at once instead of introducing them earlier on and letting the watcher think through for himself. In this episode we have the example of the flashback we saw about Judar, it showcased him as a baby, his family was murdered by these cult freaks and he was kidnapped and raised by them, hence why he's the way he is now. Had it not happened he would've been similar to Aladdin in most ways, Aladdin wanted to show him that his path has been altered by forces beyond his control.
