Well Nobume's former master is a monster in terms of combat(no surprise here, cause what else could've made an Elite killing machine like Nobume), in term of personality (no surprise either, cause what else would go up to 11 on kid soldiers and literally use kid assassins), and looks + fights exactly like Shouyou(well that's definitely a surprise, ecpecially considering that Nobume actually knows and in her own words turned weird due to Shouyou). Utsuro btw also had one of the best + most menancing villain introductions in Shone/anime history, but this episode in general is anyways a 100/10.
