WE'VE RECEIVED A COPYRIGHT CLAIM!
Added 2023-03-17 19:21:30 +0000 UTCBad news, Gang... I just received a copyright claim on several of our series from Viz Media. I don't want anyone to panic, so please read on for the details:
They are claiming JoJo, Bleach and Death Note, from what I've seen. I believe I can make a strong case for Fair Use, however, I simply don't have the funds to battle a major corporation. Because of this, I will reluctantly have to allow them to be taken down.
To this point, nothing else has been affected here, so hopefully it's not a major concern for you guys.
However, I'd like to do a Patreon-Only Live Stream in a little while to talk to you guys about it more. Would you please just hit me with a message in this thread, saying anything at all, if you're available and would like to be part of a stream. If enough people are around, I'll start it up in about half an hour, and post the link to the stream in a new post here.

2023-03-17 22:25:12 +0000 UTCHey I do have some ideas for what you should do for videos on YouTube. Adjust the transparency on any amount of footage of an episode that appears in your video so you can see through it a little. Making the box the video plays in smaller might help as well. When possible allow audio to play without video, so if you have a 10 second segment of a scene let the last 5 seconds only be audio as an example. I hope those ideas help. I am also curious as to why you stopped talking as much after the the video because that can sometimes help in showing that it is fair use.
