That leaves Fukuroji, Perospero, Big Mom, King, Queen, Jack, and Kaido. Technically Fuku never betrayed Oden since he unwittingly obeyed a fake version of Oden's father's decree of making Orochi the new Shogun. Don't get me wrong, he is still a scumbag who needs his ass kicked, but I respect his dedication since even despite Kaido betraying Orochi, Fuku did not join Kaido's camp like the other ninjas did. And when Catviper slapped the absolute shit out of Perospero I cheered loudly for that! Cat Daddy for the win!

Those fruits are regarded as rare & strong for their insane durability and stamina. Most of Kaido's heavy hitters get hit with attacks from multiple strong characters and get right back up. Ulti was a prominent example.
