Rainbow Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin or Rainbow: The Seven from Compound Two, Cell Six I have it on DVD, but haven't gotten around to rewatching it. Easily one of my favourite Anime. Either that or Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju. Probably has one of the best after-lifes that I've seen in fiction.

I am currently rewatching My Hero Academia because season 6 is almost over and it's 🔥🔥🔥 I personally loved Hunter x Hunter (easily top 5 ever) but had a really hard time watching it a second time through with the amount of narrating in it. So I just watch clips.

I'd like to see Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood or (I know its not really a rewatch but maybe) the original FMA series. Its quite different from Bortherhood as the manga was still being written so the main story is skewd in another direction.

I've rewatched dragon ball super 3 times and hunter x hunter twice by now. An interesting way I rewatch shows is checking out the different versions, whether old or new, sub/dub, or watching reactions like yours. For instance, the original Hunter x Hunter from 1999 is a pretty different experience, I think it's all up on youtube, but it stops at Greed Island. Might be cool if we vote in some alternative versions of shows weve seen already for a different experience in the future.

Hard to say cause usually when I feel like rewatching something I just do it, often in the form of finding a react channel thats done a reaction to the show/movie in question. But if I had to choose something I'd probably go with the Gibli/Hayao Miyazaki movies, cause I often find myself wanting to binge them all in a row, and and am usually unsuccessful due to random various circumstances lol
