Also Garmeelie is voiced by Billy Boyd who is known to most people as Peregin "Pippin" Took in the Peter Jackson Lord of the Rings movies. So yeah, kind of a big deal in nerd circles.

2023-02-28 17:41:42 +0000 UTCOn the point of Scanlan, which i think you may be missing a bit, the sexy nurse guy isn't the real him, thats pretty much the point of his arc. He's used to being that guy, and he'll always be a bit of a freak, but he puts on the overly sexual playboy act because its the only way he knows to get with people in an attempt to find actual love. Clearly tho, that approach will never work on Pike, but it shows he has the capacity to be better than he is. At the moment, he's still doing the opposite of what the sphinx advised, he's trying to find love instead of letting it come to him
