A pair of man-eating Lions that attacked a railway bridge construction site at the Tsavo river. Delayed the British building a railway across Africa for months if not a full year. It got so bad that the two beasts eventually took on a supernatural reputation among the workers.

2023-02-23 20:56:40 +0000 UTCi remember when i was first reading the manga last year and i was just dying of laughter when i got to the princess and the boss. it was so unexpected and hilarious, and that's something this series does really well. no matter how crazy it gets it one ups itself the next episode. sad that their relationship was cut so short though, would've been really great if they had more screentime
