2023-02-14 15:15:52 +0000 UTCCommentary: Scanlan was using the lightning bolt spell in his fight, a reference to a time in the game when he did say he shot it out of his dick at the guys they were fighting at the time. Grog is a barbarian, they are probably the least versatile class in DnD as the only things they really excel at are absorbing a lot of damage while hitting things really hard. They are really good at doing those two things though heh. They can soak up a ridiculous amount of damage so yea, a few arrows to the chest don't matter much. In the game, Scanlan entered the mansion in Triceratops form, and met an ambush just like the team did in this series, he then tried to get away from them by smashing through a doorway but the door won (as they usually do). Doors > dinosaurs, it is official.

The session where this happened was very exciting as everything just went Scanlan's way but it wasn't as chaotic as this was. Still a great moment. Those guards rolling the dice were playing DnD which is kind of odd in a way. Like, playing a sim city game while on the job at a construction site. No shame.
