How Momo needed to be half unconscious and still barely scraped himself and Luffy up halfway by flying on his own clouds? Granted he's only a child, but just imagine the absolute mindfuckery of strength and focus necessary to lift not only yourself but an entire island down to its bedrock along with everything and everyone on it, while still fighting people. If the concept of Ryuo was never introduced i don't believe for a second even all of the strawhats together could stand a chance against Kaido. This does also raise an interesting question, just how powerful could Momo become once he masters his own Devil Fruit one day
