So that scene right before the credits with the family that was hanging out with bounty hunter Beth was most likely the originals because they actually did leave Earth.

That's a reference to the credit scene from season 2, episode 1 "A Rickle in Time". In the credit scene of that episode, the time testicle cop tells his colleague that he needs to go forward in time to when the dinosaurs existed and that if he "gets the dolphin people, you've gone too far" lol just confirming that wooden Jerry is far into the future
