2023-01-28 19:55:14 +0000 UTCoriginally when they translated this episode they really butchered the future devils lines completely changing the meaning behind what he was saying, the translator was trying to be edgy and make memes, it's kind of a huge issue with translators not doing their job and thinking they're writers, it looks like the backlash was big enough though that they fixed it somewhat.

He told her to shut up and get lost last episode so he could train up Power and Denji, and in this episode he straight up threatens her if he finds out she's doing something shady. Old guy in a job where pretty much no one never makes it into retirement, he has no shits to give heh.
