This show is so smart in the way it satirizes serious issues. Given that the characters are the worst people on the planet, they're able to take the piss out of every side by using the ignorance of the characters to play on stereotypes and tropes. It's criminal this show hasn't won any significant recognition or awards.

2023-01-27 23:33:40 +0000 UTCMost people dont realize how good the writing is in this episode. Its such a strong allegory for the isreal/palestine conflict. Guy from isreal shows up saying he has the legal right to their land, they try to seek legal resolution from a third party (the UN) and are told they dont have a claim after they bring up previous attempts at resolution being rejected when offered. They start harassing the neighboring building with TP which barley does anything and then he responds by putting up a wall. They eventually start using flaming projectiles and blow up in further retilaition etc. The fact they were able to have all those allegories while still being absolutely hilarious and in character is pretty impressive. I was too young to fully be aware of the global situation so it went over my head when I first saw this ep but upon rewatching its amazing how well it holds up in even todays political situation.
