I do feel bad for Drake. He isn't a traitor because he was never loyal to begin with much as Kanjuro was never loyal to Oden and Momonosuke. But I cannot fault Zoro and co. for doubting his intentions as betraying one's crew is a pretty sacrilegious thing to do in terms of being a pirate. I am sure he would tell them if he could, but his mission is top secret. At least they managed to agree that they hate Apoo more than they wish to fight. Blackbeard is obviously the worst offender of this since he betrayed and killed a commander and later killed Whitebeard and was the catalyst for Ace dying.
