I didn't get a chance to watch this yesterday, but I'm excited you've picked it back up! Like others said, X. Drake is a Captain of a secret Navy organization and infiltrated Kaido's crew. Given his allosaurus devil fruit, he fits in. You may not remember, but he was taken in by the navy as a child after his father (a leader of a pirate crew) was killed when he was trying to sell the Op Op fruit (Law's fruit) to the Navy for 5 billion berries. Corazon, Doflamingo's brother, stole it and gave it to Law so he could cure his white lead poisoning. When we first met Drake as a pirate from the worst generation on Saboady archipelago, he was called a "fallen Rear Admiral". But surprise... he was just part of a secret government organization lol and Coby is also a member.
