2023-01-16 22:06:50 +0000 UTCIt’s too bad that the anime has to end just when Nacht is introduced because he’s probably the best written character in Black Clover. I also like his shadow magic and how befitting it is for a vice captain of the Black Bulls since Yami has dark. So far he’s showed some good use of it like: shadow possession (just like Shikamaru), as well as for infiltration, stealth, and spatial-like transportation (similar to Finral and Valtos)

Noelle, Leo, Charmy, and Mimosa were also never elf-possessed, but those who were got a big mana buff. Now we can see a more natural beef up for those who were not affected by the elves mana. Nacht does come off as a no bullshit, all business type. He's going to tell you like it is, even if it offends you. And yeah, Asta should not be surprised that they're using less than decent means to improve his strength since Devils do not operate within the laws of what one would expect to be decent.
