2023-01-14 02:07:34 +0000 UTCI find that highly debatable, they're both the same level but Ryu was holding her own on a 1v1 with the Black Goliath, and her magic is leagues stronger than anything Bell has. Pure physicality wise they're probably on equal footing but her magic and Bell's nature against killing people means he has practically no chance of beating Ryu as things stand now

2023-01-13 04:24:14 +0000 UTCBell is almost certainly stronger than Ryu at this point (hard to tell exactly since we don't know what both their character stat sheets are). But they are both level 4 and given his skill that super boosts his stat growth, and how much stronger he was over Aisha (also level 4) even after she got the benefit of level boost from Haruhime, he's probably stronger than any other level 4. Although experience/skills also play a factor. That said, his goal isn't to defeat Ryu, so it's not really a matter of power when it comes to dealing with this situation.
