Although the rampage won't help the situation, i will say i do support ol gargoyles intent, hes reckless but he is doing it because he wants to save the captured Xenos, i think you may have missed that line of dialogue in the episode, and i certainly won't shed tears over Dicks' crew getting wiped out.

2022-12-26 17:46:15 +0000 UTC6:30 I love that Curtis said this because I absolutely adore this series from a writing stand point and every time I see it listed as just simple harem wish fulfilment for nerds I think its sad because this series really has a lot more to give, especially with some of its messages and how grey it can leave its lessons By the way, the meta reason for the title is that originally the author wanted to call the series Familia Myth (which would eventually become the subtitle for the series) but his Editor thought that wasnt a catchy enough name and made the author choose a longer and funnier name since that has been the current trend in light novel titles for almost a decade now to lightly explain the plot in the title, think about: That time i got reincarnated as a slime, Re:Zero Starting life in aanother world from Zero, Konosuba: gods blessing on this wonderful world etc. and youll see the trend
