2022-12-03 19:48:52 +0000 UTCSo if I interpreted the commentaries for this episode correctly, the creators (Jackson Public and Doc Hammer) sort of left it open as to what Sheila actually said in the escape cocoon. They didn't want it to be any of the obvious options. Then some of the fans figured that what she had told The Monarch was that she had submitted their names to the Guild to apply for duo-ship status, and the creators said, "That works for us". During the flashback to the party at Phantom Limb's place Sheila has red highlights in her hair. Back in the season 2 episode where Phantom Limb put the hit out on the Venture family while at the restaurant The Monarch told his fake date, "When I first met her she had these red streaky things in her hair like Saffron from the band Republica". Great little detail callback.
