The tie-up to this arc was SO amazingly well done! The sacrifices were hard-hitting and the intrigue for the future is big!

Two fun facts to come along with this episode. 1) Luck’s elf (Lufulu) was actually Charlotte’s elf’s (Charla) little brother. 2) Noelle and Mimosa are both descendants of Lumierre. In the manga Lumierre smiles at them thinking of this as he’s fading away. Also, just as DevilJinx made mention of it up at the top, there does exist a ranking amongst the devils just as we’ve seen one throughout the Clover Kingdom. That’s why there was a little shit talking there by Asta’s devil before killing off Zagred. Get ready for this next arc, it’s going to get good Curtis.

2022-12-04 20:08:02 +0000 UTCThere’s also speculation out there that a Black Clover return could be announced along with the release of its movie coming out next year. I’m hoping that’s the case because the manga has made a significant distance.

2022-12-04 19:57:25 +0000 UTCThe anime ended about a 3rd of the way into the second saga, but I think they plan to pick it back up sometime in the future. It'll likely be similar to Bleach, so once the manga is done and finished or close to it, I expect we'll see some anime news. Else they may just default to a seasonal format.

2022-12-03 21:40:33 +0000 UTCYes, the end of the Elf War Saga, (I don't really know what the fans called this group of arcs but I'm kind of just gonna say Elf War Saga) This amazing Saga covered so much, from where Asta's book came from, why the Midnight Sun guys really wanted to get it, all the way to what exactly happened with the First Wizard King VS the Great Demon we heard about in the beginning. From this point forward I really have only watched a couple more arcs. You see back when I was binging this I caught up to where the anime was at and so I kind of lost interest as I was waiting for more episodes to come out. Luckily there are plenty more to go thanks to the timeframe from then to now so I think we'll be here for a while though I'm not sure if the anime will really be done when Curtis finally catches up, but we will have to see.
