2022-12-02 00:27:40 +0000 UTCThis was already revealed by Raia in the previous episodes, but the reason why Yuno had a feeling of warmth and nostalgia in the presence of the real Licht is because the elf spirit inside him belongs to Licht’s and Tetia’s unborn child. This is why Yuno was never fully taken over by his elf like everyone else, because since Yuno’s elf died while still being in the womb, he never had a consciousness of hatred and despair towards the humans like all the other elves did. The only memories that lived inside Yuno where the ones of his rivalry with Asta and his promise of becoming the Wizard King, which is essentially why Yuno was able to wake up from the elf spirit control all on his own.
