my favorite episode despite it being such a tragic one. I was in a really bad low in my life when I first watched this episode, but Sachi helped me out as well with her message at the end. that's why she's my all time favorite Character ever in anything, and when or if i ever have a daughter I'm going to name her after her.

(Beta and New Players were getting along fine, but then it all of a sudden started to fall apart after Kibaou’s comments. Kirito made himself out to be something worse so everyone else sticks together)

2022-10-12 00:37:42 +0000 UTCHaven’t been on The Goosh in a while, so I was super surprised to see this here. Sword Art Online, no matter how much hate it gets, will always be my favourite anime. I myself get a load of crap for that, and I can even admit that there are objectively better anime (For example, I’d say Code Geass is perfect even though SAO is not) but I don’t care :) I enjoy the characters, story, games, designs, music, and everything else so much more than other series. As of writing this, the latest season ‘War of the Underworld’ is such a great season; it really rewards you for sticking with the series through all the arcs. Hope we can get there some day!

I mean the reason it works that way is because once a player dies you only have a short amount of time before the VR helmet kills the player in the real world. It's not like this revival can actually revive a dead person; it's actually meant to stop the player from dying in the first place. It basically calls off the kill switch in the helmet.
