I feel obligated to circle back to this, because the joke flew over your head but the first half Katsura was saying the burglars are the voice actors of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck (not actually). So Katsura was doing a Mickey impersonation voice and cried out Mickey Mouse at the end. It was censored because as well all know Disney is very serious about their properties. Katsura is a Disney fan and a fucking idiot 🤣
