Update or New Post for WIP content? (poll)

Someone just recently informed me that whenever I update a WIP post, while it may send out an E-Mail, it doesn't put the post back to the top at the Patreon feed thingy. Meaning people who use those instead of E-Mail to check new stuff might miss those updates.
He suggested to simply make a new post for new updates, but I'm personally on the fence on whether to do that or do it like before. Thus I will simply ask you guys what you prefer:
