2022-06-24 05:01:31 +0000 UTCBelieve it or not, this episode is considered tame for Bobobo. Would love to ride this glorious ride again! The randomness, the snotstick comedy and especially the puns are on a whole different level compared to any other show I've seen. Glad you watched the dub, too. It's easier to appreciate puns when they're in a language you actually speak. Having to see an explanation for how a pun is a pun isn't quite as fun as just hearing a pun. Like I had to be told that a guy's nuts are basically called "golden balls" in Japanese, and that moment in One Piece where Luffy had a big golden ball on his arm just went way over my head. Still not as funny to me, as it could have been because it's just not the same in my language.
