im not sure if the author, but to answer your question this is a realistic depiction of kids who most likely have something psychologically wrong with them, many psychologist who have studied serial killers like Jeffry Dahmer discovered that this type of behavior started showing up when they were just kids.

2022-06-19 03:16:31 +0000 UTCI know I heard stories of how cruel kids can be, in my high school I remember hearing people say that one of the littler kids (I don't remember the grade) attempted to strangle one of the girls in my class. I remember as a kid I was cruel to my bunny but at the time I wasn't aware I was cruel to the bunny. I honestly though it was fun and games until the bunny grew into the habit of biting me. These kids however were outright malicious, all of their actions being very intentional. I wonder if this is a realistic depiction of kids or if this was just the author wanting the kids to do something to piss off the horn girl so much her powers would trigger.
