Yup yup Revy is truly one of those characters in anime you really feel bad for,If Hiroe ever finishes the series I truly hope she finds some kind of peace.

The Major completed his mission and if you didn't notice that was him visiting Roberta and Garcia with his family. Chang also achieved what he set out to do. Clearly the opium trade is still going, since Roanapur isn't on the news and business seems to be running same as usual. I'd say the real losers here are Rock and Revy, they're back where they started, maybe even worse off. Also just to clear up Revy's backstory. One night she got beaten by her father, while she was sitting on the street crying. Some dirtbag cop from the neighbourhood, kidnapped and raped her. When she got home, she killed her father, since she couldn't retaliate against the cop.
