2022-05-12 20:19:34 +0000 UTCThat illusion of the Japanese man, I actually have a theory that that might be Rock's father. The picture that got torn up shows a boy who looks very similar to him. The card shows Sato instead of Okajima. But that would suggest to me, that Rock's mother remarried and Rock was forced to take the Okajima surname. Also in that picture Rock is an only child, but Rock has mentioned in previous episodes that he has a brother who holds some job with the Japanese government. My thinking is the brother is actually his step-brother. Who Rock's step-father always favoured over him, because he was his biological, rather than step-son. Rock's also mentioned that he's kind of the disappointment of the family. His brother got into a good university and a good government job. While Rock failed the entrance exam, had to retake them and go to a less prestigious school, ending up at Asahi Industries. It would explain why Rock was unwilling to go home during the Yakuza arc. There's no life waiting for him at home, his father's dead, and he lives in the shadow of his step-father and step-brother.
