Yeah, I think this is the first episode where things get really serious, and Tao is the first villain who actually seems threatening, bad (good?) puns aside.

The footage is taken from one of the filler episodes of DBZ where Goku was looking for the dragon balls so they could wish back all of Cell's victims.
