Which is a disrespectful way of referring to an old woman, it's more or less the equivalent of hag in English, you might recall that Killua used it quite a bit in HunterxHunter. Interestingly enough it's quite similar to the Russian word for fortune-teller, sorceress or midwife, or witch. Which later somehow evolved into the word babushka which is Russian for Grandmother.
