On top of that he can secure Kidd as a potential ally against Kaido. Luffy's landed himself in quite an opportune circumstance.

2021-11-12 14:32:32 +0000 UTCToko is a Kamuro someone who's typically sold at around 5-9 and serves and learns from a courtesan essentially... her job is to to do what her "older sister" (Courtesan or Oiran) says, bring them snacks, act cutesy around customers letting the customers think the courtesans really love them, they were educated in writing, music and dance, but it was to make them better courtesans when they're older. an Oiran is essentially the head prostitute, the most famous and high regarded one for her beauty, One Piece is really sugar coating what kamuros courtesans, and oirans were by calling them idols, they weren't all necessarily used that way... but it's called the pleasure district for a reason. They were usually sold into this life and for a lot of them their goal is to hopefully be bought by a customer who's wealthy and will treat them right as a wife instead of being abused or die of a disease...
