ok so this is a big issue I have with this season, this current arc we're starting actually took place after the next upcoming big arc of this season, apparently Japanese fans weren't the biggest fans of the arc they pushed back, so the anime decided to chop up the arc and cut out a ton of content to rush through it, the team working on the anime cared so little about it they spoiled a lot of the big reveals in the anime. It's arguably the mangas best arc as well lol, it's still a good arc in the anime... but it's far less impactful then the manga.
