(can be read as 'huh') It comes from pun that Oda made with the title of the manga chapter this happened also called Ha! It symbolizes the end of first act in Wano (or more specifically start of the second) (in Kabuki acts the parts are called Jo-Ha-Kyu)

After being in Wano for several weeks, laying low, sticking to Kin'emon's plan, and recruiting samurai, the first and only notice that Franky, Robin and Usopp receive about their captain coming to Wano is that he got DESTROYED by Kaido and is now in prison. I'd say those were pretty accurate faces in response to that level of "You gotta be fucking kidding me, Luffy..."

2021-11-08 14:40:41 +0000 UTCAnd that’s the End of Act 1, like I mentioned few weeks back at end of each act we will get an episode or two episodes that are with everyone outside of Wano since the Reverie is simultaneously happening. Obviously you’re ahead by now, so it’s going be interesting to see what’s your thoughts on the next episode with my boy Blackbeard. This next act is all gonna be setup for Act 3 which is the current act for everyone and the most important one as of yet. Act 2 is gonna be really fun and very emotional with the feels. There are some great characters to look forward too like the fishbone dude and some characters you might want to see die even worse than Kaido.

And yeah, it felt weird seeing Robin make that face. I cannot wait for you to meet the best girl of this arc. Appears in 2 episodes I believe. You may already have met them since you're a few episodes ahead.
