Him being able to inherit all the other quirks is a combination of a): being the inheritor at the right time, because OFA simply decided it was just now the time to unlock the other quirks and b): [slight spoiler] being quirkless, because this way OFA does not backfire on his body. Technicially it could have been another quirkless kid, but because those are getting rarer by the minute, it seems like we have a "chosen one"

2021-11-07 04:03:33 +0000 UTCSo this is something that the community has debated for years. Would OFA power up a quirk like Todoroki's? I said no because that would have been mentioned if you think about it. All Might may have maxed it out for physical power, but the other users could do things too and they would have noticed their quirks get stronger right away after receiving OFA and would say something. Many people still seemed determined to say that if Todoroki had it, then his own quirk would get boosted because All Might said Todoroki would be a powerful hero if he gain OFA. This episode confirms my stance on it while also proving me wrong on another. Never did I think the other users' quirks would be merged, but it turns out they were. HOWEVER! I was right to say that the user's innate quirk would not gain power as the bald man said his quirk was NOW super charged by OFA, meaning it wasn't before. CHECKMATE NERDS!

2021-11-06 12:46:24 +0000 UTCEvery episode you see how many talented people there are in class B, you wonder "How the hell did grape boy get into class A?" He's actually intelligent (he got top 10 on paper test scores), but in pretty much every other category he's comic relief at best. Most of the members of class B seem like they would be a better fit in class A than him.
