2021-10-28 15:04:12 +0000 UTCSo this story was actually explained by all might back in season 2 I think it was, maybe season 3 but instead of all might just re counting it it's actually give form to view here, about how His little brother got the power, the power AFO gave his brother was a power growing quirk, but what they didn't know was that he wasn't quirkless but actually had a power that by itself was useless which was a power to pass on his quirk, which over 8 generations before deku got it, is how it got to be as strong as it is cause the power kept growing throughout the lifetimes of the past users, again tho it was back in S2-3 when it was explained so I can't fault you for forgetting it. Edit: just checked, it was season 2 episode 20, or the 33rd episode overall.
