He doesnt want to go there because he is afraid of his older sister Velzard (the white haired cutie in blue dress) who is with Guy that you could see in one of the previous episodes when Leon was visiting. She prefers tought love and always beat the shit out of him to the point of killing him when he was a "kid" and constantly caused trouble. :D
