Don’t forget that would only work if he actually whipped their ass first. Naruto didn’t just talk people into submission. He smoked their ass then persuaded them to his ideology. With Garra he joined clef his ass then showed him that someone with a monster doesn’t have to be one Which he was proof of. With Neji he defied his destiny by beating him. Next is Sasuke and he lost to him so no talk no jutsu. Then he beat Kakazu in one shot so no time for a conversation after that. Pain was the most obvious one that could be moved easily since his plan was full of contradictions. And the whole point of stopping the cycle of violence meant coming up with a new solution. Then Obito was the one person that talk no jutsu was meant to not be an option for but during the final blow in another fight where he and the Konoha 13 win he sees Obito still imagining himself as a Hokage and asked him about it. I’m just basically saying that everyone making out like Naruto just talked guys into being decent people would never happen if he didn’t first beat that ass.
