Joke aside, Tiktok has one of the most strict censorship I've known personally on social media.

I had one of my videos had a community guideline violation for “bullying” and “Dangerous acts” literally was me reacting to a funny video of a kid hitting their mom with a shopping cart. Yet I see no one else’s video getting flagged 🙄🙄🙄

2021-10-17 00:21:45 +0000 UTCYeah, tiktok makes the facebook empire look like heaven. I get that the companies NEED restrictions, otherwise toxicity and harassment go wild (hello, Twitter). But it seems like finding a healthy balance is not profitable. Note: Tiktok's parent company is based in China (their version is called Douyin). The Chinese government may be forcing extra rules on all the versions.
