It could be a lap belt. You're right about the amazing details, though!! The way the ground under the guardrail is blurred to create the feeling of the moving car is AMAZING.

Exceptionally GREAT detail you added to the "fence" along the cliff to add to the car's motion - WONDERFUL!! I especially like the "swift animation" you gave your arms reaching towards the end. And the "anime effects" is a superb touch, too! "I've seen plenty (of water) in my life." But what about the scenery away from home? That definitely warrants a nice long look, even if it's normal and everyday. Yeah I definitely feel pity for Joe, driving and putting up with the fighting. Wait ... she isn't wearing a seatbelt?
