"Calmar au Chorizo" (Squid with Chorizo sausage)


The recipe in English (for you) 😊:
Calamari with Chorizo for 4 persons
Brown 1 sliced onion with olive oil then add 2 cloves of garlic, 400 g of crushed tomatoes, a few bay leaves and thyme then simmer for 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Incorporate 1/2 chorizo and 15 cl of white wine and simmer again for 5 min. Add the thawed calamari and cook 8 min over low heat. Garnish with a few black olives. Serve with steamed potatoes.
