When Maxime meets Eric
Added 2020-02-20 10:35:49 +0000 UTCWe ran into Maxime on the street, and this was the first time Maxime met Eric, I feel there's a weird vibe going on between them.
The dynamic between old friends and new friends is always a delicate thing. obviously we can't expect everybody to like everybody. Sometimes the kind of humour you like about someone happens to be the thing someone else appreciates the least.

Song, you can tell Eric this story for me: I actually studied Gothic literature and so I had (have) a few Victorian style pieces. My favourite was my black cape. It was heavy and lined in maroon satin. I used to wear it as a winter coat with a sweater under it. One day, I'm walking to the Arts building from the library, wearing my cape, and I see this woman about my age walking towards me, going in the other direction. (Now, to put this in context, I'm only 152 cm tall, with a baby face and definitely "fluffy", so I'm about as terrifying as a damp sponge. ๐๐) This woman looks up, sees me walking towards her and crosses to the OTHER SIDE of the walkway to go past me!! I just smiled at her but I thought it was so stupid that the second she walked past I burst out laughing! I laughed so hard I cried!! So, you can tell Eric firstly that it seems to be style they react to, not the person. And secondly: People can be, and often are, totally ridiculous!! ๐๐๐ I thought later I should have hissed at her, just to watch her run away!!! ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ

Some want to do this, the other want to do that. Some are more cool and casual while others are more difficult. XD
